At SCS Sport Karate, we have a variety of class times to fit your schedule. To stay on track for promotion, a training schedule of two times per week is required, attending one "A" Day and one "B" Day each week. "A" Days feature Kata and basic self defense training, on "B" Days, we focus on self-defense and sparring for orange belts and above. Please click on the link above for a printable version.

Our classes are broken down into age groups for the best possible learning experience for our students.  Let's be honest, thought it would be nice to have the same class time as your 5 year old, you definitely don't want the same instruction that a 5 year old needs!  You want to train with people your own age, so that you can get the full benefits of your martial arts experience!  Please see our age categories for more detailed information on our various programs!

Li'l Champions - 4 to 6 Year Olds

Junior Achievers - 7 to 13 Year Olds

Adults - 14 Years and Up
